The members of the I&RS team at Drummond are Liz Conrad, Dr. Raj, Jennifer O'Malley-Dorr, Danielle Kowalski, Linda Bonora, and the referring teacher.

The I&RS team identifies students who are having difficulties in school and works to develop and implement interventions and strategies to help both the student and the teacher.
