Elementary School with Subject Matter Specialization

This endorsement authorizes the holder to teach the specialty subjects on the face of the certificate full-time in grades five through eight in all public schools. This endorsement does not permit the holder to teach the subject matter specialization in grades nine through 12. Teach all CCCS subjects in grades K through 5. Teach reading, writing, arithmetic and spelling, for basic skills purposes only, in grades 6 through 12.
