At Jefferson Township Public Schools, we’re committed to open and effective communication. If you have a question or concern, we encourage you to follow the appropriate chain of communication—starting with the staff member most directly involved.
This approach helps ensure your concern is addressed quickly and by the person best equipped to help. In most cases, issues can be resolved at the building level without needing to go further.
Why not go straight to the Board of Education?
The Board of Education serves as the final step in the communication process. To remain impartial, Board members must avoid involvement in situations that haven’t gone through the proper channels. If a matter reaches the Board, it should be because other steps were taken and the issue remains unresolved.
