Fee schedule:
- Per Activity: $50
- Annual Cap Per Student: $200
- Annual Cap Per Family: $400
- Reduced Lunch Families: 50% off all rates/caps
- Free Lunch Families: No Fee
Jefferson Township Public Schools takes pride in presenting after-school clubs and activities for our students. Each club is overseen by dedicated JTPS district employees serving as advisors. Should you have any questions about a particular club or activity, please reach out directly to the advisor. Additionally, the district ensures transportation with a late bus service for student participants. Thank you, and we look forward to your child's involvement in our after-school programs.
To register your child:
- Have your child's Student ID # ready. You can find the Student ID # on the Realtime Parent Portal.
- Payment by credit card only. Cash or check will not be accepted.
Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete this online registration process, be cleared for athletic participation, and meet all eligibility requirements prior to engaging in any athletic activity.
RETURNING ATHLETES: Please log into your existing account and register for the current program. Please use the login credentials that you have created for past registrations. There is no need to create a new login.
NEW ATHLETES: Please create an account and register for the current program. Only one account is needed for your entire family.
About Pay to Play
Pursuant to District Policy 2436 - Activity Participation Fee Program.
“The Board of Education recognizes the value of athletic competition and co-curricular activities outside the regular instructional program. However, with reduced or limited revenue and increased expenses, the Board must consider alternative revenue options to support these school-sponsored activities. Therefore, the Board of Education authorizes the establishment of an activity participation fee program as a supplemental revenue source contributing to a percentage of the school district’s total costs for operating school-sponsored activities.”
All school-sponsored extracurricular and co-curricular activities, will be implementing an Activity Fee beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. Students will be assessed an annual activity fee due prior to any student participating in a sport/activity during the school year. This annual fee will be charged to any student in grades 6 through 12 wishing to participate. Activity fees for all clubs must be paid prior to participation.
