Jefferson Township employs behaviorists to support students who struggle with demonstrating age-appropriate behaviors that may affect their own education or that of their peers. We utilize the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), which is the science of human behavior focused on using empirically validated strategies to modify socially significant behaviors.

Through careful observation and analysis of measurable behaviors within the school environment, we aim to understand why certain behaviors are occurring—or not occurring. By identifying these underlying factors, we can implement effective treatment strategies designed to bring about positive and meaningful change for our students.
