    A private, non-profit, community based health organization serving Morris County by providing science-based prevention education programs, professional development training, advocacy, information and referral services, that address issues of substance abuse prevention, recovery support, violence prevention, ATOD dependence and other emerging issues of concern to the community.

    A peer to peer, volunteer based recovery oriented sanctuary located in Rockaway, NJ. We exist to put a face on recovery, build recovery capital and serve as a physical location where the local recovery community can join together. CARES honors all pathways to recovery.

    A free, confidential call line focused on helping family members and friends coping with a loved one’s substance use disorder. A service of the Mental Health Association in New Jersey, NJ Connect for Recovery provides a safe, nonjudgmental place for individuals and family members to get counseling, and assistance from professional staff members on substance use issues.

    The Peer Recovery WarmLine

    A peer-run service providing ongoing telephone support to mental health consumers as they work towards their recovery. All calls are answered by peers who are trained, supportive people with lived experience with mental health disorder.

    A searchable directory provided by DMHAS to assist in locating programs for alcohol and drug abuse treatment and related services in NJ for adolescents and adults.

    IME Addictions Access Center

    Provides clinically trained and supervised telephone specialists who are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to educate, assist, and refer individuals and families who may be battling addictions.

    Agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) providing leadership and resources – programs, policies, information and data, funding, and personnel – advance mental and substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services in order to improve individual, community, and public health.
