Advancement on the Guide
As an incentive for furthering education, the Jefferson Township Board of Education has provided a plan for educational improvement. An annual pool of funds is available for teachers to utilize for tuition reimbursement. Payment is made based upon Summer, Fall and Spring semesters. All courses MUST be approved in advance by the Superintendent of Schools. Please read the information provided on this page to ensure that deadlines and requirements are met.
Advancement on the Guide Application
Placement on the guide is made once each year in November, provided all necessary paperwork is completed and received by November 1 of the placement year. Placement is retroactive to September of the placement year.
Application window is July 1-November 1. All paperwork and accompanying transcripts must be received by November 1. There will be no exceptions.
