    Welcome to the Academy for Environmental Science!  

    Housed at Jefferson Township High School, the Academy for Environmental Science provides students with the interdisciplinary study of natural processes and human impacts in the atmosphere, aquatic systems, and soils. The academy program of study links the principles of art, history, language arts, technology, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics to environmental concepts. We are proud to offer this unique and challenging program in partnership with the Morris County School of Technology.  Admission to the Academy is competitve, with students selected from districts throughout the area.

      • November 15th at 6:00 pm in the Jefferson Township High School senior cafeteria
    • Online Applications: Available late September
    • 2016 Admissions Tests (Accuplacer) @ Morris County Vocational School District campus in Denville (see MCST website)
    • Late June 2017: Mandatory Summer Session for Admitted Students
